The Best Beluga watching in Europe! Beluga whales gather every summer in the White Sea, not far from the Russian Karelian town of Belomorsk, providing ecotourists and scientists with an extraodinary opportunity to observe and even communicate with these pure white whales.

The spring aggregation of geese in the Olonets fields are the laregest in Europe. Aggregation peak in the first half of May and normally dissipate by May 25.
